THESE TERMS ARE IMPORTANT AND AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ENGAGING CALI CLEANING CREW. THESE TERMS INCLUDE A BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION.

Section 1 – Introduction

Welcome to C Cubed Services LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as Cali Cleaning Crew (“Cali Cleaning Crew,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our residential cleaning services (“Services”).

By scheduling or receiving Services from Cali Cleaning Crew, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Section 2 – Quotes & Estimates

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided by the client.

Final pricing may change if:

  • the home condition differs from what was described
  • additional cleaning time is required
  • the scope of work changes
  • access issues delay the cleaning

We will attempt to notify you before increasing the cost whenever possible.

Quotes expire after 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Section 3 – Scope of Services

Cali Cleaning Crew agrees to perform the Services listed in your quote or booking.

If services you expect are not listed, it is your responsibility to request them prior to the appointment.

We reserve the right to assign any available team member to perform the Services.

Arrival times are estimated time windows, not exact appointment times.

Section 4 – Access to the Property

You agree to provide safe and reliable access to the property at the scheduled service time.

Acceptable access methods include:

  • client present
  • door code
  • key lockbox
  • building access instructions

If our team cannot access the property within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment may be cancelled and a lockout fee may apply.

Section 5 – Lockout / No-Access Policy

If our cleaning team cannot enter the property due to:

  • locked doors
  • incorrect access code
  • pet preventing entry
  • client not responding
  • building access restrictions
  • parking restrictions preventing service

the appointment may be cancelled.

A lockout fee of up to the full service price may be charged to compensate for travel time and lost scheduling capacity.

Section 6 – Payment Terms

All prices are in U.S. Dollars.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • credit card
  • debit card
  • digital payment platforms
  • cash or check (where accepted)

Invoices are due within 48 hours unless otherwise specified.

Past-due balances may accrue interest at 3% per month.

Accounts over 30 days past due may be referred to collections.

Section 7 – Deposits

For certain services we may require a deposit to secure the appointment.

Deposits are applied toward the total cost of service.

Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation.

Section 8 – Recurring Cleaning Services

Recurring services may include:

  • weekly cleaning
  • biweekly cleaning
  • monthly cleaning

Recurring services automatically renew until cancelled.

Recurring clients receive maintenance-level cleaning, not deep cleaning.

Section 9 – First-Time Cleaning / Heavy Soil Policy

First-time cleanings may require additional time and effort due to buildup of dirt, grease, soap scum, or dust.

For this reason:

  • the first visit may be priced as a deep clean
  • additional charges may apply if the home requires significantly more work than anticipated

Recurring cleaning services assume the home is maintained between visits.

Section 10 – Condition of Home

Quotes are based on the condition of the home as described by the client.

If the condition of the home is substantially worse than described, we may:

  • adjust pricing
  • reduce the scope of work
  • reschedule the cleaning
  • decline service if conditions are unsafe

Examples include:

  • excessive clutter
  • hoarding conditions
  • severe buildup
  • pest infestations
  • hazardous environments

Section 11 – Decluttering Policy

Cali Cleaning Crew provides cleaning services only.

Our teams do not perform:

  • home organization
  • decluttering large amounts of personal items
  • moving excessive personal belongings
  • packing or unpacking items

Clients are responsible for removing clutter so surfaces can be cleaned.

If significant decluttering is required, the scope or pricing of the service may change.

Section 12 – Parking & Access Requirements

Clients must provide reasonable parking for our team.

If paid parking, garages, or permits are required, the client must inform us in advance.

Additional parking fees may be added to the invoice.

If parking or building access prevents service from being completed, the lockout policy may apply.

Section 13 – Workplace Safety

For safety reasons, our team does not perform:

  • cleaning above a three-step ladder
  • biohazard cleanup
  • mold remediation
  • pest infestation cleanup
  • hazardous material cleaning

We reserve the right to refuse any task that could endanger our workers.

Section 14 – Personal Property

Clients are responsible for identifying fragile or high-value items.

Cali Cleaning Crew is not responsible for damage to items that:

  • were not disclosed as fragile
  • cannot withstand normal cleaning
  • were improperly installed
  • were already damaged or loose

Clients should remove irreplaceable items before service.

Section 15 – Pets

Clients are responsible for securing pets during cleaning appointments.

Cali Cleaning Crew is not responsible for the health or safety of pets unless caused by gross negligence.

Section 16 – Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours.

We will return to correct the issue when possible.

Refunds may be issued at our discretion after we have had the opportunity to address the issue.

Section 17 – Non-Solicitation of Employees

Clients agree not to solicit Cali Cleaning Crew employees for private cleaning services outside of our company during the service relationship and for 12 months after the last service.

Violation of this provision may result in liquidated damages of $1,000 per occurrence.

Section 18 – Photographs

We may take before-and-after photos of areas cleaned for quality control and marketing purposes.

Photos will not include identifiable personal information.

Section 19 – Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, C Cubed Services LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

Section 20 – Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California, except for matters eligible for small claims court.

The prevailing party may recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.

Section 21 – Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms shall remain in effect.
